Cellucor is best known for the C4 pre-workout family, a well-known name in pre-workout. C4 comes in several versions, including C4 Original, C4 Ultimate and C4 Ripped powders in different serving sizes, C4 Original and Ultimate shots, and ready-to-drink cans and bottles such as C4 Performance Energy, C4 Explosive Energy, C4 Smart Energy and carbonated RTDs.
The C4 versions differ mainly in caffeine per serving and in the size of the supporting ingredient list, so the first thing to check is the caffeine on each label. Energy cans are listed in multipacks; the product title shows the pack size. Beyond C4, the range includes C4 Whey protein, COR-Performance Creatine and flavoured creatine, plus C4-branded shakers and accessories. Drinks with more than 150 mg of caffeine per litre carry a high caffeine content warning and are not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
