Same-Day Dispatch, Delivered in 1-2 Working Days
Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, and your order is dispatched the same day. Tracked delivery typically arrives within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

How it works
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on a national bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

Delivery is charged once per order, not per item. All prices include VAT.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. Our couriers offer notifications by SMS and email, and let you choose an alternative date, a safe place, or collection from a local pickup shop.
Our couriers
We deliver using trusted national carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Kuehne + Nagel and Europa. The carrier is chosen based on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery estimates
1-2 working days is a guide, not a guarantee. The vast majority of orders arrive within this window, but delivery is carried out by third-party couriers and occasional delays are outside our control.
Saturday delivery
Saturday delivery is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability and any additional charge.
Busy periods
During busy periods, including sale days, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Circumstances outside our control
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, road closures, accidents, courier system failures or depot issues. Where this happens we will keep you updated and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
