Our Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly, typically within 1-2 business days (Monday through Sunday). 

If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact Customer Service immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

NE Commerce's international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by destination and courier and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. NE Commerce assumes no responsibility for these charges. Please check your local laws for more information.

 

3PL (Third Party Logistics)

We have the facilities and staff necessary to store, pick, pack and despatch small to medium size businesses.

Dropshipping

We do allow the purchase of our products for a 3rd party and will ship worlwide, we have relationships with all the major shipping carriers which allow us to get the fastest and cheapest rates possible. 

Make sure to add 'Dropshipping' at the end of the delivery address.

All orders will be despatched with non-branded packaging with no promotional material inside.
