Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery

UK delivery is a flat £5.00 per order, and free on orders over £120. Delivery is charged once per order, not per item. All prices include VAT.

Dispatch

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on national bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Tracked delivery typically arrives within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. During busy periods delivery may take a little longer. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders

Items marked PRE-ORDER are out of stock at the time of ordering and are dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. If we cannot dispatch a pre-order within 30 days we will contact you and offer a full refund.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you would like to order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.

If you spot an error on a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before it ships.
