The thing to know about NOW Foods is that the same nutrient is usually sold at several strengths and several capsule counts, so the useful comparison is milligrams per capsule and cost per capsule rather than the price on the tub. Much of the range is in vegetarian capsules, stated on each product page. Note that the oils split into two very different groups: edible oils such as MCT and flax, and essential or carrier oils intended for topical use — the product page says which, and they are not interchangeable.
