Products here split into two groups. Single ingredients let you control the dose — glucosamine sulphate and MSM are commonly bought this way. Multi-ingredient "joint complex" formulas bundle several together at lower individual amounts, which is more convenient but means checking the panel to see how much of each you are actually getting. Powders allow larger servings than capsules; topicals are applied rather than taken. Collagen also appears in collagen & beauty, turmeric across everyday wellness, and omega oils in omega 3 & oils.
