BCAA

Branched-chain amino acid products — leucine, isoleucine and valine — as powders, capsules, tablets and ready-to-drink formats. BCAA products are usually sold at a 2:1:1, 4:1:1 or 8:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine; the higher ratios simply contain proportionally more leucine.
