The differences are straightforward. Concentrate is the standard, best-value option at roughly 70–80% protein and keeps some carbohydrate and fat. Isolate is filtered further to around 90% protein with very little lactose, which suits anyone watching carbs or sensitive to dairy sugar. Hydrolysate is pre-broken-down and mixes thinly.
