Pre-mixed drinks sold ready to open — protein shakes and protein water, amino and BCAA drinks, isotonic and electrolyte bottles, iced coffees and canned pre-workouts, usually by the multipack or case.

The appeal is that there is nothing to measure and nothing to wash. The trade-offs are cost per gram of protein, which is always higher than a tub of powder, and weight, since you are shipping the water too. Cases are the cheapest way to buy them. Check whether a shake is milk-based or a clear protein water — they taste and sit completely differently.
