Sugar Free

Products the brand or its product data states are sugar free or zero sugar — drinks, syrups, sweets, snacks and supplements.

Suitability is taken from the manufacturer's own product information. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always check the label on the pack before use.

A note on labelling, since the terms are not interchangeable. "Sugar free" is a regulated claim meaning no more than 0.5g of sugars per 100g or 100ml; "no added sugar" means none has been added but naturally occurring sugars may remain; "zero sugar" is used by brands in the same sense as sugar free. Sweeteners such as sucralose, stevia, erythritol and xylitol are used instead and are listed in the ingredients. Sugar free does not automatically mean low calorie — check the panel.
