SIS HYDRO+

Sachets or tablets — SIS HYDRO+ comes both ways, with boxes of six 4.3g powder sachets alongside a larger 8 x 20 tablet format. Either dissolves in water, so the choice comes down to how you like to carry it: sachets for gym bags and race-day kit, the tablet pack for the cupboard at home.

Flavours run to Berry, Lemon and Orange Mango, all aimed at keeping water pleasant to drink through longer sessions.
